In the kernel parameter, which one show blocks size when system is built?

Are you referring to the block size of filesystems? There is no kernel parameter for this. Each filesystem can be done independently to each other from the newfs command:
Have a look at the man page for 'newfs_hfs' and 'newfs_vxfs'

To check a single logical volume e.g:

# fstyp -v /dev/vg00/rlvol7

look for f_blocks 512000 (512 block size)

I don't think its a kernel parameter, though I might not be aware of that.

What I am aware of is when you set it.

This is done when making a filesystem.

man newfs

will give you the options you need to change the default, which as far as I know is an OS default.

Just in case your question has driven through one of my obvious holes in Sysadmin knowledge(there still are many), here are some candidates.

[1738]# kmtune | grep block
hfs_max_ra_blocks 8

Looks like I may be right this time.
