Why does not ignite work? When I run ignite from console command:
make_tape_recovery -B /ora04/obnova/ignite.tst
Error massages are displayed:

* Creating The Tape Archive
lifcp: Cannot create SYSCMDS ; no space on the LIF volume
make_medialif: error - lifcp SYSCMDS failed, probable insufficient size for /ora04/obnova/ignite.tst
ERROR: System Error, /opt/ignite/bin/make_medialif failed creating boot LIF
file.
ERROR: Failed to generate LIF on tape .

There is about 34 GB free space on the target volume.

Hi Ales:

Ignite version B.3.7.95 has a known problem and generates the error you are encountering. Patch PHSS_27407 for HP-UX 11.0 or
PHSS_27406 for HP-UX 11.11 correct this problem.

Choose the patch appropriate for your OS version (11.0 or 11.11).
