    <description>Typically you would see these processes related to hparamgr and hparray.&lt;BR /&gt;o arraymond&lt;BR /&gt;o ARMServer&lt;BR /&gt;o AM60Srvr&lt;BR /&gt;o hparamgrd&lt;BR /&gt;Try to restart it manually and see if it gives any error.&lt;BR /&gt;# /sbin/init.d/hparamgr stop&lt;BR /&gt;# /sbin/init.d/hparamgr start&lt;BR /&gt;As for the log file it should be in /var/opt/hparray/log. If I'm not mistaken it's "am.log".&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi guy's,&lt;BR /&gt;   I have problem that am60svrs process cannot be up.I also notice a critical EMS message in my syslog.log as below :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;------ EMS Event Notification ------   Valu&lt;BR /&gt;e: "CRITICAL (5)" for Resource: "/storage/events/disks/default/10_0.4.0"     (Th&lt;BR /&gt;reshold:  &amp;gt;= " 3")    Execute the following command to obtain event details:   /&lt;BR /&gt;opt/resmon/bin/resdata -R 114163778 -r /storage/events/disks/default/10_0.4.0 -n&lt;BR /&gt; 114163715 -a&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and in the /etc/hparray there are error like below :&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Wed Apr 23 08:47:11 2003&lt;BR /&gt;No disk array devices were detected.&lt;BR /&gt;To disable starting the disk array daemons&lt;BR /&gt;set HPARAMGR_START_STOP=0 in /etc/rc.config.d/hparamgr&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;question 1: can I start the hparamgr manually ,is this cause problem and where are the log file.&lt;BR /&gt;question 2: any clues for the above error.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for just reading the thread.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards&lt;BR /&gt;mB&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Additional info .. with regards to am60 cumulative patch. If you take a look at the latest patch (for 11.0) :-&lt;BR /&gt;PHCO_28166 (s700_800 11.X HP Array Manager/60 cumulative patch)&lt;BR /&gt;it solves some problem with am60, among others..&lt;BR /&gt;- AM60Srvr will not start up, must delete the AM logs first.&lt;BR /&gt;- AM60Srvr dies intermittently.&lt;BR /&gt;It may be worth checking this (depending on your OS version).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
