Hello,
I have /stand full, (90%), can I delete the files under /stand/build ?

These are the files into directory.

conf.SAM.c
conf.SAM.o
conf.o.old
config.SAM.mk
config.mod
function_names.c
function_names.o
lib
mod_wk.d
space.h
tune.h
what_vers.c
what_vers.o

I have hp-ux 11i

how many kernel files you have on /stand.

Just check it using
# cd /stand
#ls -trul vm*

1. Usually the biggest files in /stand are old kernels. Look for vmunix.prev and vmunix_test, as mentioned above.

2. You can remove dlkm.vmunix.prev

At times it has been recommended to clear the entire /stand/build directory, so yes these files can be removed.
# rm /stand/build/*
