      <description>I need to update from 9.0 to 10.0 and I cannot find the /etc/update file my system.  Was is accidently deleted or do I need to get this file from somewhere else? According to the HP manual, its just there.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Manual is wrong...!!!  I've never just "seen" a file called update... &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I checked 5 HP systems here, and 4 have an "upgrade" directory.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You might want to write HP on this, as you don't want to trash an upgrade.</description>

      <description>is /etc/update in the core os cd or in the apps cd? i figure if it is in the core os cd then i will just do a reinstall. though i've never done one before... &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thansk much guys.</description>
