getting Ignite UX for 11.00

Hi there!
I have been trying to FTP Ignite UX for 11.00 from HP's website. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I cannot seem to log on anonymously. I have been trying to do this from the command prompt. How the heck do you log on as an anonymous user. I have tried also to log on using my username and password for the HP site and that won't work either. Points for all help. I need ignite ux on my new machine.

Hi Carla:

By convention, you would use "anonymous" as the user and your email addresss as the password.

If you are having trouble with an 'ftp' connection, I suggest you use your browser and download via http from here:

http://www.software.hp.com/products/IUX/download.html

Thank you James, that is exactly what I needed. I now have igniteUX on my new machine. I didn't get how to log in anonymously.
