      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is it possible to use make_recovery witout first installing ignite?&lt;BR /&gt;i want to make recovery-tapes for all my systems, but i don't&lt;BR /&gt;want to install 60 mb of ignite-stuff first&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanx!&lt;BR /&gt;Maurice</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;Nope, youre going to need to install ignite to get the make_recovery command and all the important utils ignite needs to ensure a successful recovery tape. If you cant afford the space try an older version of ignite, theyre a bit smaller.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi (again):&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, if you are on 11.x, for instance, and have no need to install 10.x servers, you can choose the 11.x only "version" instead of the "full version" which allows both 10.x and 11.x installs.  The difference is about 62MB vs 92MB for the current Ignite.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;...JRF...</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i'm not sure but perhaps mounting (NFS) the /opt/ignite and mkdir -p /var/opt/ignite on the clients could be a solution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards</description>
