    <description>Do i need to change the time zone paremeters&lt;BR /&gt;in the environment variable when there is a&lt;BR /&gt;roll back , the current variable is &lt;BR /&gt;EST=5EDT, also how can i stop  &lt;BR /&gt;cron temporarily for one hour.&lt;BR /&gt;thanks, bassey.</description>

      <description>There are a few areas in the world where the time change has been a problem. Alaska and Australia have had some special needs. HOWEVER: EST/EDT will not be a problem. All you need to do is nothing.</description>
