Anyone has any idea how to output sounds from HPUX machine to a PC with Xterminal software and sound systems?

Hi,

take a look at the Aserver(1m) and send_sound(1) man pages.

This can be used to send audio to other HP-UX 700 workstations and Xstations with audio hardware.

If the HP-UX box and the PC are next to each other you could always take a cable from the line out to the line in...

Hello!

As i know there is no solution like for X
that you can redirect audio output from
HP to PC.
But you can redirect the audio from HP to other unix machine like linux.
