    <description>Try checking the hardware log in LOGTOOL.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You need the Online Diagnostics installed to check this;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run xstm, got to TOOLS -&amp;gt; UTILITY -&amp;gt; RUN  then select LOGTOOL. Then VIEW RAW LOG or RAW SUMMARY and look for the hardware log entry for the event (match by type/date+time) which was recorded in syslog. This should give more info as to the problem. Probably best to log it with HP and send them the LOGTOOL output so they can diagnose properly as to the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If I execute command &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;/opt/resmon/bin/resdata/ -R 141295619 -r /system/events/core_hw/core_hw -n 195952660 -a&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;that I found in syslog.log I don't have any output .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What can I do ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Please post the error in syslog.log and also review '/etc/opt/resmon/log/*' for errors.  For example, 'api.log', event register and client.log.</description>
