topic anonymous ftp not case sensitive? in Operating System - HP-UX

Hi,<BR /> I've inherited a 10.20 system which provides anonymous ftp support. A user from another system is entering (in all caps) ANONYMOUS and successfully logging in. Lower case 'anonymous' works too. If you try another userid as all caps it doesn't work. Am I overlooking something in ftpaccess that overrides the case-sensitive default behavior of UNIX? Or is this some 'quirk' of HPUX 10.20?
