If a panic string is recorded in shutdownlog then in most cases the problem is with O/S. Conversely, if no panic string is recorded then HW is usually indicated. So begin with checking your patches.

Listed below are all 11i patches associated to an HPMC:

s700_800 11.11 L1000/L2000 41.39 firmware patch PHSS_25685
s700_800 11.11 N4000 42.06 firmware patch PHSS_26534
s700_800 11.11 Xserver cumulative patch PHSS_26622
notes PHSS_26638
s700_800 11.11 Tachyon TL Fibre Channel Driver Patch PHSS_26799
s700_800 11.11 RAID 4Si Patch PHSS_27098
s700_800 11.11 rp24xx 42.19 firmware patch PHSS_27384
s700_800 11.11 L1500 and L3000 42.19 firmware patch PHSS_27467
s700_800 11.11 vPar (A.02.02) monitor cumulative patch PHSS_28764

To check for a PATCH use this command:

swlist -l filset | grep -i PH##_#####

i.e.

swlist -l file | grep -i PHSS_25685

Bundles may not contain the patch.
"Reboot after panic: , isr.ior = " is indicative of a HW fault. Open a case with Hardware Support to determine the cause. For Hardware faults, we do not need Q4 output, unless specially requested by Hardware Support. For Hardware faults, we will look at the hardware registers in memory, the tombstone file, etc.
