I am Using HP-UX11i on rp7410 server.Can you please mention the document or file name where i can find the performance tuning parameters detail, detailing the default values,minimum and maximum values.

Also, for kernel paramters, SAM has some pretty good "help" documentation. Go into SAM > Kernel Configuration > Configurable Parameters then select Help > Configurable Kernel Parameters.

One hint; Dont forget to set the kernel parameter vx_ninode to 90% of ninode. If you leave vx_inode to its default of 0 it can grow huge and really affect memory usage (it gobbled up over 1Gb on our Rp7410!)
