      <description>You can use XML2RFC to convert XML files to either ASCII or HTML.  You can find a copy at &lt;A href="http://xml.resource.org." target="_blank"&gt;http://xml.resource.org.&lt;/A&gt;  As for ASCII to XML you can try this program it uses Java but take a look at this website &lt;A href="http://www.fivesight.com/downloads/flatfile.asp" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.fivesight.com/downloads/flatfile.asp&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
