    <description>Some tips:&lt;BR /&gt;- try to mount with -o cdcase option&lt;BR /&gt;- check that all required patches are installed&lt;BR /&gt;- what platform is this?Although this card is supported on almost all pci-based servers running 11.00.&lt;BR /&gt;- validate your /var isn't full,you have enough permissions etc (usual sysadmin stuff)&lt;BR /&gt;- check no hostname resolving problems (do nslookup &lt;HOSTNAME&gt;,if this computer is no connected to network check that hostname is defined in /etc/hosts along with localhost&lt;BR /&gt;)&lt;BR /&gt;- restart swagentd as suggested.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;regards,&lt;/HOSTNAME&gt;</description>

      <description>Steven I don't know how you did it but it worked. I umount all my nfs connections and then bumped into the real problem - customer ID + codeword which I need to insert (and which I need to find ...)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks very much</description>
