Hi Mehmood,

There was a thread in here recently that resolved the same problem. It was to do with the terminal type. It might pay to check the last 2 weeks threads. If I come across it, I'll post the solution they used.

Cheers

Hi there,

I have a D-class server and I was running HPUX 11i on it. Somehow O/S was crashed now I am trying to re-install O/S again. When I am booting from CD ROM it directly goes in recovery mode and not giving me option or installation screen. I tried to change hard drive but still the same problem.

Some body have any idea about it ?

Thanks

Hello!

As SEP explain the flow, what you need is
to boot from the CD and you will have
the choice for install and for recovery

Caesar
