Increasing command/arguments length displayed by 'ps'

I've determined that this is limited by what the kernel actually holds in kinfo_proc2 (or whatever) structure but has anybody actually found a way to increase this above 60 chars ?

Is there an undocumented kernel parameter or is it just a case of it being an HPUX limit.

This has been discussed before and the opinion then was that it's fixed at 64 characters.
