Hi all,

Does anyone know which port number the version of webmin bundled with Apache is listening on? I know that webmin normally listens on port 10000... is this the same for HP's version of webmin?

Thanks.

J.

Couple of methods:

1) Check /etc/services file and see which port is assigned for http and webadmin services

2) Find out port usage with 'netstat' and 'lsof' commands

3) Check config files under webmin directory (normally /opt/hpapache2/webmin) and see which port is used

Disregard my post...

I found that I had two version of webmin installed. The correct port is 10000.

Thanks anyway :)

J.
