    <description>HPDPS is HP Distributed Print Service.  It's the "son of Jetadmin", I guess.  It's the latest greatest version anyway.  You might be able to run Jetadmin, but I think HPDPS is going to be the wave of the future and you will ultimately need to become familiar with it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pete&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The continuing saga of my new 5470.  I have one new production HP system replacing a K200 this new one is 11i and when I went into SAM to configure about 40 network printers I did not see anything familar it talks to me about DCE and HPDPS, can I go back and upload my JetAdmin for 11.0 which I have always used and completely happy with.  There is no user intevention for printing, everything goes thru application menus and is tied in with lp commands.</description>
