Is there a way to view the output from PerfView using a broswer ?
If so, how to do it ?

HP did supply a web interface for PerfView called PerfView web. It is not a supported product by HP but it does work quite well. I would be happy to send you the tar bundle of this software if you would respond with your E-mail address. I have attached a Microsoft Word document that details the use and install of the software.
