    <description>when i use the command ioscan -funC audio&lt;BR /&gt;the state of the devide is claimed !&lt;BR /&gt;and two process "Aserver "is running !&lt;BR /&gt;when i rebot the system &lt;BR /&gt;the system works well&lt;BR /&gt;but after hours&lt;BR /&gt;the dialogue  "can't access the audio hardware"&lt;BR /&gt;will present me &lt;BR /&gt;i have test the hardware&lt;BR /&gt;it is well!&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>my workstation is hp9000 c100 and the os is hpux 10.10&lt;BR /&gt;there is a aduio device in it  &lt;BR /&gt;when warning messages comes form the server(hp9000 d270)&lt;BR /&gt;the audio  device in the workstation will produce voice &lt;BR /&gt;but these days &lt;BR /&gt;the workstation often produce "can't access audio hardware"&lt;BR /&gt;why?</description>

      <description>run ioscan and look for unclaimed devices.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;consider at least updating the box to HP-UX 10.20 so your are in the same century as the rest of us with regards to drivers and such.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If however it used to produce sound and no longer does, the card is probably bad, though you might want to check the cables.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
