    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The following command I'm using to split the mirror:&lt;BR /&gt;#lvsplit /dev/vg00/lvol1 &lt;BR /&gt;#fsck /dev/vg00/lvol1b &lt;BR /&gt;#mount /dev/vg00/lvol1b /usr.backup&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The mount command is having error. correct if possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How to backup for example the new /dev/vg00/lvol1b&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After backup I thing the following command have to runn:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;#umount /usr.backup &lt;BR /&gt;#lvmerge /dev/vg00/lvol1b /dev/vg00/lvol1 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Help if something is wrong because I would like to incorporat this on DataProtector.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A Cossa&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>What error are you getting from the mount command?&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;To backup, simply start a backup of /usr.backup.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Your commands for after backup are correct.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Pete&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
