    <description>Looks like the file /usr/sam/lib/fal/fal.tm is corrupted somehow. It's part of PHCO_21187 which you've installed. The cksum of file in this patch is:&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;$ cksum /usr/sam/lib/fal/fal.tm&lt;BR /&gt;2472757966 147456 /usr/sam/lib/fal/fal.sl&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;Hey this patch is more than 3 years old! Despite the cksum result, go ahead and install the latest SAM patch PHCO_27375.       <title>Cannot run SAM</title>

      <description>I recently installed the below patches on my C360 running 11.00. When I attempt to run SAM I get a message that an internal error has occured and am directed to check the log in /var/sam/log/samlog.
