    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;If its not serious, it is going to get serious so better take precautions.&lt;BR /&gt;Its seems that the root disk is having some problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Can you go through pvdisplay on root disk and see if you have any stale PE.&lt;BR /&gt;Probably the root disk has got some stale physical extents, check and replace the disk as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The first line would appear to be the key.  It appears that your / LV has filled up.  Do a bdf and check to see if / is at 100%.  If it is, clean it up.</description>
