Spoolkick procedure

I was at recent INRUG meeting with Bill Hassel who mentioned a spoolkick procedure. I can't seem to find it. Anyone know where it is?

Try the attached procedure -- it's for 10.20, but it should work on 11.x (the directory layout is the same on all post-10.X Operating Systems).
