All,

I have a error when using the spool.
" no spool daemon ",
what should I do for fix that? whar verify?

example.
>LIST VOC LPTR
No spooler daemon present.

First thing to try is:

# /sbin/init.d/lp start

Try starting the lp daemon.

It appears you are using UniVerse. You have to have both the Unix and the UniVerse spooler running to be able to print. You then have to designate a default spool queue in both UniVerse and Unix.

And since you see the lp daemon from the HP-UX command line please fill us in on the rest of the mystery; Universe? As queried?
