Can anybody recommend me good site or any good document for HP Networking . That means DHCP , routing , etc..

Try www.docs.hp.com and use the ask iknow query area as a starting point. There's a network subsection within there. Also the O'Reilly TCP/IP Network Administration book I have found extremely useful although not HP specific.
