HP does not currently have drivers for a CD burner. I made semi-extensive inquiries about this when we installed our first 11i system. CDs being much cheaper than DATs, I was greatly disappointed to find out the HP does not even have plans to add support for CD or DVD read/read-write devices.

mark

The way ignite works over the network for postinstall script is perfect, but I want to create installation CD or tape to do what ignite can do: After all the bundles are installed, a script should be put to disk and be executed to do some chores, for instance, to create rsa keys and modify sshd_config file. Anybody have this kind of experience?

Jun
