swlist can't work properly. I try to restart the swagentd, but get the below error? Does any one know how to fix it?

./swagentd start

Could it be that you changed the hostname of your server (perhaps accidentially) ?

yes, I changed the hostname. Any impact on swagentd?

Hi,
swagentd and (in general) install of software on HP-UX system depends from network and hostname functionality.
If one of these are not working properly then swagentd could not work.
How did you change hostname? By set_parms?
You should verify

# hostname
# more /etc/rc.config.d/hostname

if hostname is configured properly.
Otherwise just launch

# /sbin/set_parms hostname

to re-configure hostname and then re-try swagentd start.
