    <description>Run:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;# ioscan -fnC disk&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it states 'CLAIMED' on the line for the DVD and not 'NO_HW', suggest you put a CD in the drive and see if you can mount it. There could be a variety of reasons as to why the mstm fails.</description>

      <description>I have just set up an HP 11.00 on c3700 with a 2100 disk storage unit.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Everything looks like it is running fine, but when I run mstm, I get a hard drive failure.&lt;BR /&gt;I do not know how to trouble shoot. I can not run the diagnostics on it and then the Support tools seem to hang.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have attached the following doc reflecting the errors...</description>
