I can't login under X

I can't login under X.
Push Ok black screen , sand hour, but there is no blue CDE starting screen and 10 sec and again the CDE login.
In syslog.log is no log of that problem.
dr_dt nothing important(there is no xmbind, suid_exec, but i see this files on an another working machine not)
At the begin of the problem i had detected some disk problems, i think that the user switched off the computer by 230V conector.

My previus forum for this disk problem is that:

As you said, you have already checked dr_dt and did not find any errors in that.

Check if nslookup to and fro is OK.
Host resolution should be OK.

Also check by restarting dtlogin process.

Logs to check .dt/errorlog and /var/dt/Xerrors.

Check perms on var/X11/Xserver/logs.

Shoud be writable. Also do you see any errors in .dt/errorlog?

Are you able to login with superuser id?

I fact there is no /var/X11 directory, that ca came from disk fail

Do you anything extra in your .profile and .dtprofile.

Also is .profile set to be run for CDE login?

Anything in any on these have dthello etc commands?

There is no .profile in attachments.

Seems that there .profile calls StartFirst script.

Post both script. .profile and StartFirst

The problem is on:

by root and user

Not for only one person.
But this to long is on all

Last line in .profile --> typeset -x ENV=~/.sh

post .sh file.

Also check following error messages in startlog.

StartFirst[8]: /usr/dt/bin/dthello: arg list too long
--- starting /usr/dt/bin/dtsearchpath -ksh
StartFirst[6]: /usr/dt/bin/dtsearchpath: arg list too long
--- starting /usr/dt/bin/dtappgather &
--- execing /usr/dt/bin/dtsession using /root/home/root/.profile...
StartFirst[8]: /usr/dt/bin/dtappgather: arg list too long
/usr/dt/bin/Xsession[592]: /sbin/sh: arg list too long
/usr/dt/bin/Xsession[617]: /bin/rm: arg list too long

The problem is due to StartFirst errors.

Post file .sh as said above.
