    <description>Its tool for spotting potential cluster disruptions and checking configuration differences within the cluster nodes .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its an additional paid service to HP .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the cluster is configured properly you properly don't need .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is another free product called service guard manager that can give you a gui based view of all your clusters and alerts .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you don't want to pay , service guard manager is better .</description>

      <description>It is a monitoring service which will determine any potential probelems to the Applications.       <description>This is a service you pay for, that gets set up AFTER your cluster is stable, and it then regularly checks to ensure the nodes in the cluster stay consistent.&lt;BR /&gt;For example, if someone were to make a change to a control script on one node, and forget to distribute it to the ohter nodes, you would be notified that there was an inconsistency, allowing you to fix it before  a possible failure occurred due to the inconsistency.&lt;BR /&gt;It has nothing to do with Serviceguard Manager, and they are completely different products.&lt;BR /&gt;SGMGR will NOT do  any consistency checking.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
