    <description>Operator Attention Required (lower LED):&lt;BR /&gt;- Steady Amber =&amp;gt;Serious hardware error has occured and you may need to call for service.&lt;BR /&gt;- Flashing amber =&amp;gt; User-recoverable error has occured:&lt;BR /&gt;=&amp;gt; A hard fault condition which the drive cannot easily clear&lt;BR /&gt;=&amp;gt; The heads need cleaning&lt;BR /&gt;=&amp;gt; The tape is nearing the end of its useful life&lt;BR /&gt;=&amp;gt; Ther is a tape in the autoloader but no magazine is present&lt;BR /&gt;=&amp;gt; the front door is open when it should not be&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should read the top line of the LCD and refer to chpt 6 of user manual "Troubleshooting"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good luck&lt;BR /&gt;Victor</description>
