      <description>Hi I am now told we have a server which the remote statd service may be vulnerable to a format string attack. If this is true how can I prove it to be true and how can I prevent it happening&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;J.</description>
