    <description>By default it is not possible, but you can write a program which does a switch user to the user you want to kill the process of and then exit. Use setuid() to change the user id.</description>

      <description>You can't kill another users process unless you are root, or you have set an alternative access via sudo or an equivalent utility.</description>

      <description>you cannot do that,if that would be possible then think of the consequence.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Only a user can kill his own process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Root has all the privileges so it can do anything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The best as suggested would be to use sudo to get that privilege.&lt;BR /&gt;Think twice before you do that!!</description>
