Install OB2 client from installaion server

I cannot install a OB2 client with Media agent and disk agent from an installation server.
The swagent.log show following error.

ERROR: Could not access remote file "/opt/omni/.omnirc.TMPL" in

due to an internal error on the remote system.

There are 2 things to check:
1) Check the networking of the client with the server (connections, access permissions, cabling, etc.
2) Check that the file exists on the server and that the client has permissions to it.
