Richard,

Anytime you have a very serious problem like a panic, I would ALWAYS log calls to HP...

HP is there as a repository for all of us... IF your call can save someone else a long outage, Im sure they would be very grateful!

Also, HP can help diagnose it b/c you can give them access to your system to aid you in diags...

Help we offer you is great Im sure, but HP is your REAL support!
