Unfamiliar Syslog Message

I am receiving the following message multiple times in the syslog.log file on one of my HP 9000 servers running HP-UX . Can anyone tell me it's meaning. It is unfamiliar to me. Thank you in advance

Looks like a script is reporting a problem with a slot on your host...reporting a bad device... Although I dont know which one it is referring to.

The line speaks to a query looking for olar info, if I read it correctly... I could be wrong though.

I would open a ticket with HP for sure... so you can document the issue.

Hi Brien,

IIRC, this is a purely informational message about the status of that device to OLAR i.e. On-Line hot replacement capability.
I've seen this type thread before - I'll try to find the old post.

Oh - BTW - I found these by searching the forum using "slot_id".

For some reason the lovely search engine couldn't find them using:

pat_psm.c pat_get_olar_info
/ux/core/kern/common/io/pat_psm.c pat_get_olar_info
or even
OLAR
