WE have a console switch for more servers.When I connect console HP to switch it is remote console.When I reboot server this operation stops at console.What I must do for continuosly reboot?

You want autoboot to be on. Check if it us using the setboot command (from HP-UX). If not use;
setboot -b on
to turn on autoboot.

Hi,

The console must be turn on and right configured. Without console or a switch, i had trouble. A alternative is the HP Webconsole.

Thanks for your answers.Normaly System console HP is connected to server and reboot is continuous.But I have console switch for more system consoles.Cable from console port is conected to console switch with one terminal. I do reboot server and it stops to console and write "I have a remore console" This is my problem.

Hi Dvorak,

That's fine, but I suggest you to use the HP Secure Webconsole. It's a far more elegant solution than any hardware switch I know.

One of the advantages is that it won't prevent your system from booting.
