Please tell me more about the following errors:

When you do an ioscan:
ioscan -fnClan
Do you see the devices claimend:
lan 0 0/0/0/0 btlan3 CLAIMED INTERFACE HP PCI 10/100Base-T
X Core
/dev/diag/lan0 /dev/ether0

If not, did you install the driver software?

In the lanscan output you will see no btlan3..8 but only lan0..8

What version of OS you are running,

Install the latest network patches.That should resolve the problem

as already said problem could be solved by installing the latest network patches.
Anyway what is the value of npty and nstrpty in kernel parameters?

Hi Ashwin,

as T.G. said what's about the latest network patches? I saw your 'swlist -l product' output and.......your system has network patches superseded.
Then go into ITRC patch database and in search by keyword insert streams, ARPA transport, 100BT, LAN. These keywords must be inserted one by one.
You will obtain latest and recommended network patches. Well....install them!
Of course I cannot be sure but I think that it will solve your problem.
