Hi Edwin,

Use 'sftp' that comes with ssh. You can get it from software.hp.com and search for ssh.

It also comes with scp which can be used to copy files non-interactively across the systems.

In fact you may also want to consider using ssh instead of telnet/rlogin for a much better secured environment.

-Sri

Hi,

HP-UX Secure Shell is available (free) here:

http://www.software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=T1471AA

If you're running 11.11, you may also want the new Strong Random Number Generator for increased security as well - avail here:

http://www.software.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=KRNG11I

Each package will have extensive readme files.
I've attached a document I wrote awhile back that explains how to configure secure shell once its been installed. This will let you use sftp or scp without being challenged for a password.
