    <description>Reinstall it;&lt;BR /&gt;swinstall -x reinstall=true -s &lt;SOURCE&gt; &lt;PATCH&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That should fix the corrption. In rare cases you may need to swremove the patch first then swinstall it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/PATCH&gt;&lt;/SOURCE&gt;</description>

      <description>I was doing a security check run this morning and my system came up with a corrupt patch.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When i view /var/adm/sw/save/*patch_name*/....&lt;BR /&gt;i get this.. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;oot@hostname:/var/adm/sw/save/PHCO_28718/UX-CORE/usr/sbin&amp;gt;strings wall*&lt;BR /&gt;:$Revision: 92453-07 linker linker crt0.o B.10.60 970821 $&lt;BR /&gt;/usr/lib/dld.sl&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR: mmap failed for dld&lt;BR /&gt;ERROR: mmap failed for TSD&lt;BR /&gt;@(#) $Revision: 72.1 $&lt;BR /&gt;%s??&lt;BR /&gt;forkfailed&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/%s&lt;BR /&gt;Cannot send to %.-8s&lt;BR /&gt;open&lt;BR /&gt;Broadcast Message from %s (%s) %19.19s&lt;BR /&gt; to group %s&lt;BR /&gt;Only one group allowed&lt;BR /&gt;Group name missing&lt;BR /&gt;Unknown group %s&lt;BR /&gt;/dev/123456789012&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;any idea why this failed and what should i do with this corrupt patch.. Is there a good way to fix these?</description>

      <description>swremove PHCP_#####&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;as root&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That will get rid of it unless there are dependency problems. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>
