    <description>ioscan -fnC tape&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look for a problem NO_HW and such.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best thing to do is check the hardware is plugged in, etc and scsi is terminated and then restart the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;if you can't do that, consider insf -e followed by ioscan -fnC tape&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure the tape drive isn't write protected.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;SEP</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Somebody can help me with this error message in my hpux 11.i:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Informational: Raw Text&lt;BR /&gt;OC_Exception_c caught: I/O Exception (Error: 2123 - I/O: Device is busy and unable to respond)Press any key to continue &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The december Gold path was installed and when i acces to my tape (ultrium 460) the  message is present.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the problem??&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Hi Steven,&lt;BR /&gt;Following is the problem:&lt;BR /&gt;I have two tapes ultrium 460,&lt;BR /&gt;I need update the firmware of one of my ultrium 460 tape with the hp_ltt program, i update the december 2003 Gold path before.&lt;BR /&gt;When i execute ioscan -funC Tape , the tapes are claimed, but when i access to the ultrium 460 with the hp_ltt program for begin the actualization, this software present the following error messages:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;OC_Exception_c caught: I/O Exception (Error: 2123 - I/O: Device is busy and unable to respond)   &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This only happen with one tape.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the problem?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Please try the upgrade of the Firmware through XSTM.&lt;BR /&gt;For this you have to either copy the firmware update file to a filesystem and refer the path when asked for.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,</description>
