Not sure about your OS version.
YOu need to load the latest ARPA patches for your system.

thanks guys..anyway, are these messages alarming? what are the implications if the patches are not loaded?

The patch is critcal. HP's definition of critcial is:

A patch is considered critical if it fixes a critical problem. Critical problems include causing the system to fail, crash, or panic, causing a major application to fail such that the system is severely impacted, and causing data loss or corruption.

Yes,those messages are errors are you will have to fix them.
