      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will get what you want by these&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;by the glance that a purchased performance tool with typing 'M'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;by commands that vmstat,swapinfo as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I usually use the glance for realtime monitoring.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>vmstat output is divided in three parts:&lt;BR /&gt;memory, page and faults.&lt;BR /&gt;The "memory" parts conteins:&lt;BR /&gt;avm: Active virtual memory.       <description>I forgot...&lt;BR /&gt;3.1 GB is equal to 3.1*1024=3174,4MB.&lt;BR /&gt;So I think vmstat an top are saying same thing. (Note the command ran at different time)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bye</description>
