      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I'm having a world of trouble downloading the Quality Bundle Patch for HPUX 11.00.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;HP blames IE for disruptions in download but it's not I've tried others.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have also tried Anonymous FTP, peer keeps resetting.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone know a better way to get this, purchase CD, order, etc ???&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;JOR&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi JOR,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Like RJG states, you can use SUM to order the media. In order to do that you need to have a system handle added to you account.
