make_tape_recovery error

Hi

When I want to run make_tape_recovery command with -A option, I got this error,

make_medialif: error - /opt/ignite/data/Rel_B.11.00/SYSCMDS does not exist, is not a regular file or is not readable
ERROR: System Error, /opt/ignite/bin/make_medialif failed creating boot LIF
file.
ERROR: Failed to generate LIF on tape .

I have Ignite-UX on this system like that

swlist | grep Ignite
B5725AA B.3.6.82 HP-UX Installation Utilities (Ignite-UX)
Ignite-UX-11-00 B.3.6.82 HP-UX Installation Utilities for Installing 11.00 Systems

How can I solve that

UNinstall ignite.
Get the right/latest release for your server from
http://software.hp.com/products/IUX/

Install it again.

which advises for the latest Ignite to be install.

hi,

now i remember, there was an bulletin on 12 Apr 2002 about this version, 3.6.82 which requests user to download from the HP software depot and not to use the media send by HP. there actually re-send another media to request user to re-install that version.
