is there any GUI based ftp utility or software for transferring files like patches or SDKs from windows based system to HP-UX based server?

You can use Humminbird connectivity utility's neighbourhood option and use it's ftp profile

We use the FTP Client that comes with WRQ Reflection, but that's not for free. Take a look at this link which gives information about a whole list of ftp clients:

However, it isn't a freebie. It costs around $40. I've tried many others and have found this one the easiest for our users.

There are some freebies at www.zdnet.com. Don't forget - you get what you pay for...

Let me throw UltraEdit 32 as well. Good for an editor and can use ftp to different platforms.
