      <description>Well, to recover, you will need to re-create the device files.  I doubt if insf will create them for you.  You can recreate them as follows&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;mknod /dev/null c 3 0x000002&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;and&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;mknod /dev/null c 3 0x000004</description>
