      <description>RamSan from texas memory &lt;A href="http://www.texmemsys.com/files/f000202.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.texmemsys.com/files/f000202.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Solid data &lt;A href="http://www.soliddata.com/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.soliddata.com/&lt;/A&gt; SD3000 (and others)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and many many more.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you want to use your computer RAM as filespace, beware that it will be volatile, so the data will dissapear if there is an outage.  This is fine for transient data, but for anything persistent it does pose a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The same goes for most solidstate disk devices, that is why they generaly have backup disks and batery backup systems to ensure data is not lost.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tim</description>
